This is the web site of Laurelwood Flowers.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site.  Information is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, and record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.

If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

With respect to security:
We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Email Addresses and Mailing Lists:
When you place your first order with us, your information will be added to our secure customer database. All our customer information is stored in our secure file system.  Eflyer and email list are treated the same as our physical customer database. You are not automatically entered into our email list.  While placing your order you are given the option to choose if you want to be added to our email list or not.  If you choose "no", your email is stored only in your customer file.   We do not sell any of our email lists and do not send you any third party advertising.  Our email lists are used only to inform you of products we carry and specials that we believe may interest you.
